Poppy was great in helping us complete a long-distance purchase. We purchased a new construction, and Poppy made herself available for everything my wife and I couldn’t travel for (inspections, follow-ups, etc.) She was extremely responsive to my texts and phone calls and really helped get us through the process and into our new home. She constantly sent us photos as the build on our home progressed and after issues we identified were fixed. She also FaceTimed with us through the walk-through.
